Track Shipment

The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us atΒ service@lustrowin.comΒ toΒ seek the time frame, and you might need to pay extra fee.

Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking information(carrier and tracking number).
You can check your shipment by clicking theΒ Track OrderΒ for more details. Or visit the carrier's official website to monitor your package.Β

How much is the shipping fee?

Standard shipping:Β 

  • $20 for order value not above $200.
  • $15 for order value above $200 but under $300.
  • Free shipping for order value $300 and above.
Express shipping:
  • $99.99

Shipping Carrier

Orders on custom curtains are shipped mainly by air, FedEx, or DHL.
For free fabric swatches, most of them are shipped by USPS.

Shipping Address

Please note that we can deliver fabric swatches to the PO boxes. But we can't do that in the case of curtain&hardware order shipment.

Damage/Lost Package

We meticulously check all our products to prevent issues, but damage or loss may happen during transit.

If your product is damaged or lost, please do the following:

1. Take a picture showing the damage or describe the loss.

2. Email us at service@lustrowin.comΒ with the problem and the relevant photos.

We'll promptly address your issues and, if confirmed by the carrier, assist in locating or remaking your lost items.
