As is known to all, shipping is often the most concern for online shopping. At lustrowin.com, we take pride in our fast shipping service and hope you can enjoy shopping at every step.

Delivery Time


Since our custom curtains are instantly crafted according to your particular requirements, our order delivery usually can be made up of two parts: 

 

Ordinary Day Holiday Season
Processing Time 3-5 Business Days 5-10 Business Days
Shipping Time 5-10 Business Days 7-10 Business Days
Total Time 10-15 Business Days 12-20 Business Days

 

Swatches will be delivered within 7 business days.

Track Shipment

The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you require drapes by a certain date, please contact us at contact@lustrowin.com to seek the time frame, and you might need to pay extra fee.

Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking information(carrier and tracking number).
You can check your shipment by clicking the Track Order for more details. Or visit the carrier's official website to monitor your package. 

 

Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen external factors, including customs inspections, extreme weather, or global logistics delays.

How much is the shipping fee?

Standard shipping: 

  • $20 for order value not above $200.
  • $10 for order value above $200 but under $300.
  • Free shipping for order value $300 and above.
Express shipping:
  • $99.99
Sample Booklets & Swatches:
  • $4.99

Shipping Carrier

Orders on custom curtains are shipped by air, via FedEx or DHL, mainly.
For free fabric swatches, most of them are shipped by UPS.

Shipping Address

Please note that we can deliver fabric swatches to the PO boxes. But we can't do that in the case of curtain & hardware order shipment.

Damage/Lost Package

We meticulously check all our products to prevent issues, but damage or loss may happen during transit.

If your product is damaged or lost, please do the following:

1. Take a picture showing the damage or describe the loss.

2. Email us at contact@lustrowin.com with the problem and the relevant photos.

We'll promptly address your issues and, if confirmed by the carrier, assist in locating or remaking your lost items.
