- Customization Time:
Customization of curtains takes approximately 1-2 weeks from the date of order.
- Shipping Time:
Once customization is complete, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. - During Chinese New Year which starts on the 4th of February Shipping is Delayed and takes around 20 more days. Normal Shipping times are back on the 23rd of February
- Returns and Exchanges:
1. Custom curtains are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
