Measurement of Width:
Always measure the full width of the curtain rod or track, not just the width of the glass. Include the window frame to ensure proper coverage and a better fit.
Different Hanging Methods:
Keep in mind that different hanging methods (using curtain rings or clips) may affect the height. Curtains with rings or clips will typically sit closer to the ground compared to those hung directly on the track.
Height Measurement:
Measure from the top of the curtain rod or track to the floor. Make sure to account for the curtain style to avoid gaps or a curtain that's too long.

By measuring the entire width and considering your hanging method, you'll ensure the perfect curtain fit for your window.

The following reasons are not eligible for return of drapes, blinds, or shades:

Misinterpretation of product images
Items that were made correctly but do not fit as expected
Drapes are perceived as too heavy
Color does not match personal preference
Change of mind or no longer needed
Fabric quality does not meet personal expectations
Incorrect item ordered by the customer
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer (size tolerance within ±1% is considered acceptable within the industry)
Order arrival later than expected
Duplicate or mistaken orders
Slight variation due to fabric dye lot differences

Inside Mount Width = Window Inside Width - 3/8 inch

For the inside mount, subtract 3/8 inches from the measured window opening width, so the shade fits and operates smoothly.

Note: The recommended window depth is 2 and 3/4 inches.
